Nothing like gathering some of your closest girlfriends for a mini road trip to the Keys! Isla Morada is about a 45-60 minute drive from Miami, with so many cool “Instagram photo friendly” stops a long the way. If you’ve ever watched the tv series Bloodline, you will notice a familiar bed & breakfast in the photos below. Cracker Barrel is usually the traditional pit stop back from the keys, I mean… gravy & biscuits, need I say more!?

(I’ve had plenty before I went vegan). If you happen to be traveling to the keys during a full moon make your way to Pierre’s Beach Cafe for the full moon parties! Robbie’s is also a great spot to Paddle Board and shop.

Tip: During the “winter” season (December-February) weather is pure bliss, humidity is at its lowest and the water is still nice and warm! You can stop at Isla Morada or make your way all the way down to beautiful Key West, which is absolutely worth the visit! Please feel free to comment below with any questions. I grew up in Miami, Florida, the keys were always my little weekend getaway.
